"Spoiled for choice, annoyingly enough"
I wasn’t expecting much, because apparently bathroom shopping is supposed to be a chore, but Bathroom Mountain had loads to choose from. Found the exact style and size I needed without having to bounce around a million other sites, which was inconveniently convenient. Comparing options was straightforward too

i bought this from Bathroom Mountain and i’ve been really happy with it. the finish wipes down so easily and doesn’t seem to hold onto dirt, which makes cleaning the bathroom way quicker. anything that saves me time cleaning is a win.

I didn't have no trouble finding my way around the site. The menus made sense, and the filters helped me narrow things down quickly. It loaded fine on my phone too, which was nice. No fuss or messing about, just easy to browse.

"Arrived on Time, Packaging Could Be Better"
My order showed up on time, which was good, but the packaging was sorta disappointing. One corner of the box was crushed, and one of the smaller parts had a mark on it. Luckily, nothing was actually broken, but for bathroom items I feel like they should use a bit more padding. Overall, it was a bit hit or miss.

I ordered a new bathroom cabinet from bathroommountain.co.uk and, i was bracing myself for the usual flat-pack nonsense where half the bits are missing and the instructions look like they were written during a power cut.
But to be fair, it was actually straightforward. Everything was in the box, the instructions made sense, and I had it up in about an hour with basic tools. Didn’t even end up swearing at it much, which is more than I can say for most things I try to fit myself.

I was a bit nervous about ordering a new vanity unit online, not gonna lie, but Bathroom Mountain made the whole thing straightforward.
All the bits were labelled properly and the fitting instructions were actually clear, which was a nice surprise. The diagrams made sense too, so I wasn’t stood there thinking, “where the heck does this go?”
The delivery notes matched everything in the box, so checking it all over was quick and hassle-free. made the job way less stressful, and I’d happily use them again.

"Quicker than I expected"
I ordered a few bathroom bits from Bathroom Mountain and, to be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I kept thinking the delivery might take longer or something would get delayed, but it actually arrived quicker than I thought. I got updates along the way, and the delivery turned up when they said it would. Everything was packed properly too, so no complaints really. I’d definitely order from them again

The part looked like the right one, but it didn’t fit my old unit straight away. I had to mess around and tweak a few things before it worked properly. Not the end of the world, but definitely avoidable if I’d checked the measurements more carefully before ordering...

I ordered a vanity unit and tap, and both turned up well packed and in good condition. First impression was that they felt nice and sturdy, and the finish was better than I expected for the price, no chips, rough edges, or anything like that. The drawers also lined up really neatly, which is always a good sign. I fitted it last weekend and it’s made the bathroom look so much better. Based on this order, I’d say Bathroom Mountain seems reliable, and I’d happily use them again.

I bought a bathroom unit from Bathroom Mountain i was happy with how easy the warranty info was to understand. It actually explains what’s covered and for how long without making you dig through loads of confusing small print lol. Made me feel way more comfortable ordering online. Haven’t needed to use it yet, but the cover seems fair and straightforward. Overall, good experience.

One of the hinges on my bathroom cabinet gave up after a while, which was only mildly annoying… obviously I was very calm about it. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to find the exact replacement, but Bathroom Mountain had it listed and it turned up quickly. Saved me from having to buy a whole new unit, so yeah, pleased in the end.

"Product details were pretty much on point"
I ordered a vanity unit and overall it was really close to what was described. The measurements were exactly right, which mattered most for the space I had. The colour looked a little different once it was in my bathroom, but that might just be due to the lighting.
